Ana Garc\u00eda<\/span><\/strong><\/h3>\n

I am a certified Hatha Yoga instructor, with specialisations in children\u2019s Hatha Yoga, prenatal\/postnatal Hatha Yoga, and Hatha Yoga for older adults. I have been teaching Hatha Yoga for 9 years (in Spain and Chile).<\/p>\n

I have been practising Hatha Yoga and Iyengar Yoga for over 15 years.<\/p>\n

I currently teach regular Hatha Yoga classes and workshops in Rodalquilar, Fern\u00e1n P\u00e9rez and La Isleta del Moro, in the Cabo de Gata-N\u00edjar Natural Park.<\/p>\n

I enrich my practice and experience by taking part in intensives and gatherings with renowned teachers from the main Iyengar Yoga school in Madrid, and others such as Andrei Ram (Hatha Radja Yoga), Cristian Pisano, John Schumacher, Sri. H.S. Arum, all senior Iyengar Yoga teachers. And with Claudia D\u00edaz Boitiano and Rishi Joseph from the Yoga Mukti Iyengar school in Santiago, Chile.<\/p>\n

And before that\u2026 I studied Spanish Dance at the Madrid Dance Conservatory, and earned a degree in Drama (Acting) at RESAD in Madrid. I am a dancer, actress, director and stage creator.<\/p>\n

I have travelled and taken my artistic process, together with my partner, to different countries such as Japan, Portugal, Mexico and Chile. I also really love Japanese culture, and I have trained in Ikebana (Japanese flower arranging).<\/p>\n

I facilitate Hatha Yoga workshops and stage creation workshops.<\/p>\n
