Yoga helps children develop internal mechanisms that reduce the body’s reaction to stress.
It’s about children acquiring tools to develop a calm and happy body, mind, and nervous system
so they feel better about themselves and their environment.

With continued yoga practice, they will develop:

– A flexible and agile body, strengthening their physical and mental health.
– Spatial awareness by working on postures (Asanas).
– Knowledge of their body schema, becoming aware of their body and its limits to avoid overextending them.
– Confidence.
– Self-esteem.
– A sense of community. It helps them build empathetic relationships with other children,
learning to accept and integrate the diversity of others.
– A sense of progress without competition. By not worrying about others’
approval or competition, they free their spontaneity.
– Conscious contact with their emotions.
– Calmness, which will help them improve their concentration threshold.

If they learn to relax as children, when they grow up they will always find a space to relax
and recharge their energy, resting and recovering.

These children will have tools to manage tension when it arises, achieving fuller performance
and better emotional channeling.

Sessions are based on games and dynamic asana sequences.

Together, we will learn to build a positive and non-competitive atmosphere where children can have fun
and interact with other kids while practicing Yoga, further developing their body awareness and creativity.
